By downloading, installing, or using the SeeMeGrow mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

SeeMeGrow is operated by Mustafa Alsadeq ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

SeeMeGrow is a mobile application that helps parents and guardians document their child's growth through annual photo milestones from birth to age 18 (19 years total).

The Service includes:

• Photo storage and timeline creation
• Cloud backup of photos and data
• Growth comparison features
• Account management

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

The App is intended for parents and legal guardians documenting their children's growth. You must have legal authority to share photos and information about any children you add to the App.

4. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Security

• Use a strong, unique password
• Do not share your account credentials with others
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access

5. User Content and Ownership

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the photos and information you upload to the App ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and display your photos within the App
• Backup your content to our secure cloud servers
• Process your content to provide App functionality

Content Restrictions

You agree NOT to upload content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious code or viruses
• Is inappropriate or harmful

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

7. Premium Features and Subscriptions

Free Tier

The App is currently free to use with basic features.

Future Premium Features

We may introduce premium features in the future. If we do:

• We will clearly communicate pricing and features
• Subscriptions will be managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Refunds will be subject to Apple/Google policies
• You can cancel subscriptions at any time

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

• Photos are stored locally on your device and backed up to the cloud
• We encrypt your data in transit and at rest
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• You can delete your data at any time

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Mustafa Alsadeq and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Remove or alter any copyright notices

10. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including:

• Supabase - For authentication and cloud storage
• Apple/Google - For app distribution

These services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service "As Is"

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mustafa Alsadeq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Cost of substitute services

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mustafa Alsadeq from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content

13. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use of the App poses a security risk
• Required by law

We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the App
• Sending an email notification
• Updating the "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first to resolve the issue
2. Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration

You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mustafa Alsadeq regarding the App.
