Timeara ("we", "our", or "the app") is a personal time-tracking app built by Mustafa AlSadeq. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Timeara stores all your data locally on your device using Hive (an offline database). We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.
The following data is stored only on your device:
Timeara offers optional Premium subscriptions via Apple's In-App Purchase system (RevenueCat). Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information.
If you enable Yearly Reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. No data is sent to any server as part of this feature.

Timeara is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.

By downloading or using Timeara, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Timeara is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
Timeara offers a free tier and optional Premium subscriptions:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their standard refund process.
All app data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or operating system issues. We recommend backing up your device regularly via iCloud or iTunes.
Timeara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mustafa AlSadeq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
